General Terms Additional Service Information
All catering options are all merely suggested Hors D’oeurves & Entrées that through Chef Marco’s experience have been very popular with our clients across a wide range of occasions. Should you have any particular entrée or side dish in mind that is not listed anywhere on our menu please contact our office to discuss your preferences with Chef Marco. As a master chef he can accommodate almost any request!

++ Service charges are based upon the type of service requested.
Buffet service incurs a 20% service charge.
Buffet set-up with some items preset on the tables & tableside beverage service incurs a 25% service charge.
Fully plated meals with tableside service incur a 30% service charge.
A minimum service charge of $125.00 is required for all catered events.
Cake cutting is an optional service that is not included in any of the above pricing, but is available for an additional $1.00 per person charge. This service includes clear plastic dessert plates, forks, and napkins.
Service charges cover the cost of our equipment and service personnel, these charges are NOT considered a gratuity.
Banquetware selections are also not included you must contact our office to discuss the options that are available for your event.
